GTI provides a prepaid service for small
companies or call shops that regularly make
international calls. Your company or call
shop can be anywhere in the world. As long
as you have dedicated Internet access (non
dial-up) our service fits your needs.
Here's how you get started:
1. Be sure you
have the following setup at your facility:
a. Internet:
Approx 30kbps Internet connection per concurrent
call expected. This can be dedicated internet,
or a service where voice can be prioritised
over regular data traffic. Low jitter and
latency will maximise the call quality.
b. Network:
The service can be run from either static
or dynamic IP addressing - preferably using
a public IP, although NAT connections can
be supported in some cases. Any installed
firewall must be disabled to allow incoming
and outgoing voice traffic.
c. Hardware:
Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA), IP connected
Softswitch/PBX, or other compatable internet
telephony device. Device must support SIP
and g729 codec.
2. Send the following information

:
a. Contact Details
- email address of technical contact
b. Details of your internet
connection so we may asess if it is suitable
for our service
c. Details of your office
configuration: Phone to ATA, PBX to ATA,
etc.
d. Number of individual
lines you want to configure, i.e. How many
ATA's do you want connected? (e.g. a PBX
line out to a single ATA is one individual
line for multiple users)
3. Upon confimation that your network
meets the requirements you will be notified
by us to proceed to step #4.
4. Prepay for your service

5. You will receive
an email notification within 24 hours that
your service is activated. From this information
you can go online (www.gtiprepaid.com)
to check your usage, topup your account
and manage your calling patterns all online,
view the terms and conditions of service.
